Power Grab

In a move worthy of Hugo Chavez, Barack Obama has moved the Census from the Department of Commerce to directly report to the White House, which is expressly forbidden by the U.S. Constitution. Apparently, Obama doesn't know the difference between the legislative and the executive branches of government.
