What's Wrong With Eric Holder?

A couple of issues will come up in the confirmation hearings of Eric Holder for Attorney General:

1. The controversial pardon of Mark Rich, made on Bill Clinton's last day in office, engineered by Holder to by-pass the Justice Department and appeal directly to the White House.

2. The seizure at gun point of six year old Elian Gonzales and his return to Cuba. This was accomplished by Holder and the Justice Department voiding his uncle's custody order, declaring the boy to be an illegal alien and then obtaining an arrest warrant for him.
