Live From New York......
Until this past weekend, I haven't watched Saturday Night Live since the days of Mike Myers and Dana Carvey, and I guess I'm not alone. Sarah Palin's appearance on Saturday earned the show its highest ratings in 14 years. Why? Not sure whether it was Repubs tuning in to see how they skewered her to her face or Dems tuning in for the same reason, but if I were SNL, I'd be hoping she and McCain are elected. Same for the late night talk shows; with Leno and Letterman telling 7 McCain/Palin jokes to every 1 Obama/Biden joke, seems like there's not going to be much to laugh about for the next four years.
