The more I read about the financial crisis that hit Wall Street this past week, the less I think there is a clear direction to point the finger. The simple answer seems to be Everybody.
This is for sure:
If you are willing to give a mortgage to anyone with a pulse, you have to expect defaults.
And
If you live on your credit cards and only pay the minimum, you will eventually go bankrupt.
