Talk About Your Cone of Silence

John McCain may not have been in the cone of silence, but all the records of the Annenberg Challenge, of which Barack Obama was chairman and Bill Ayers was founder, sure are. After Stanley Kurtz from the National Review arranged to go to the University of Chicago and review the documents, they have been withdrawn from view at the request of the "donor."

In spite of Obama's attempt to obscure and minimize his relationship with Ayres, more and more evidence has appeared to suggest that they have been very close indeed. What, we might wonder, is in the records of the Annenberg Challenge that they do not want us to know about?

The fact that Barack Obama has not been forthright about this relationship, plus the fact that he has also tried to obscure and minimize his relationships with convicted felon Tony Rezko and hate-preacher Jeremiah Wright, begs for more clarity and explanation.
