I always like reading Camille Paglia's column just for the sheer joy of the way she uses language. I was amused this time by her evaluation of Hillary Clinton's antics and her description of Barack Obama as a "tempting piñata for right-wing cudgels" - but then she goes on to talk for pages and pages about Madonna. The Madonna Scandal. Huh?
Who cares about Madonna? And the "scandal" would be if the wench's presence in his life affected A-Rod's batting average, which apparently it hasn't. So. There.
